Neha/Abhi,

2 As you mentioned above hope fromApril 6th new fee structure iscomming into effect so better be in person or drop the Application.

Ifyou want to Apply in person just try during midnights..... 11- 12.30 or 1

and just be searching morning 8 - 10 also evening 4 -6 ...hope thee is a chance you can get appointment..i just got appoint for feb 17 tried on feb 2... and got my visa approved same day...so just be searching as there arestill 42 days for march 31......you will def get appointment because,
...some of them will be cancelling their appointments

finally if you dont get any appointment just drop it on march 20 or 22 like that.....

just be searching when ever you get time and mainly above timings ....

Best of Luck...

Hi Venky

The statement would be fine, don't worry. It is still not one month old so don't worry.

Hi Neha

In Person appointments can be booked upto 42 days from the date you try.
like if you try on 20th Feb, 2012 (exactly at 12:00 AM, midnight), you will get the appointment for 2nd April. Appointments open at 12 AM sharp and booked within 1 min or less. So you need to be very quick.
Appointments till 1st April will be already booked so you will see appointment for the 42nd day (i.e. 2nd April) only.

So keep awake tomorrow night 19th Feb, login around 11:55 PM and enter your choices. And keep on clicking "Select Appointment". You will get nothing available but exactly at 12 AM when 20th Feb start, you will see the appointments for 2nd April. Without wasting any time just click one slot and enter your details.

Try 2 laptops if you have and be very very quick.

HSBC bank statement for Tier 1 extenssion.

Post by haivenky » Mon Feb 20, 2012 2:30 pm

Manta and Neha thank you for the reply.

Hi Friends,

For safer side, I have went to HSBC bank for my latest bank statement.

They provided statement on white paper with HSBC logo on it. when I asked them about the stamp and Signature, they said they will not provide those. I have verified with 3 branches ..all I got same answer and they said that UK Home office will accept this statement because it containes the logo.

In that document it contanes my name and combination of sort code and account number.

Is this enough to submit UK home office for my extenssion.

Please let me know.

Thank you in adv

@ haivenky

no problem at all mate. I used similar statements from HSBC last friday for my PEO appointment without any problem. so you should be fine.

PS: Try searching for an appointment by just selecting the PEO, don't fill in the dates. It really works
