Tier 1 general Dependent application vaf10

My wife is going to apply for Tier 1 gen dependent visa from my country in march 2012, previously she was PSW dependent and she visited twice UK, here i arranged some document list is required for dependent VISA-

Dependent,s Documents-
1.Dependent cover letter
2.paid Fees
3. Dependent passport+ its photocopy[Notarized????]
4. Passport size photo -2
5.Marriage certificate original
6.Nikkah nama original
7.Tb certificate
8.Some marrage photo
9. Bank statements 3 months minimum balance £1390
10. Complete VAF10 form

Main Applicants Documents-
1. Main Applicants /Sponsor letter
2.Sponsor pass port photocopy with BPR[Notarized??????]
3.Tenancy agreement
4. Bank statements 3 months with no minimum ???????
5.Three months payslips
6.Employ letter confirming currently working

My question is about
1. my bank balance, she kept her balance more than £1390 for the last three but i didnt,is there any problem?
2.when i applied for tier 1 general, i employed and self employed, but for her dependent visa, i am providing only my employer paper, nothing about my self employed, is there any problem for that?
3.is there any change recently?Do I need any more documents?

would be grateful, please suggest.
