ILR and UK Born child

Post by hass » Sun Feb 19, 2012 9:40 pm

Hello All,

This question might have been asked before, please direct me to the previous if it is a duplicate.

Is it advisable to include UK Born child in the ILR applcation (HSMP JR ILR 5 years), I have no urgent plans of travel at present. I have read in sticky notes that a UK Born child has right to become a british citizen so is exempt from any time limit. (in my case I dont have applied any Leave to remain on my UK Born child - so there is nothing on the passport).

Should we try to save money?? coments please, has any body have done it?

Regards

Child should skip ILR.
