Tier-1 Dependent Visa

Hi Everyone,

I'm applying for Dependent Visa for my Wife who is unemployed. I'm in UK for less than 12 months on Tier-1 Visa.

I have below documents:

• SSC Memo (Myself & Dependent - Original) - For DOB Proof
• Passport (Myself - Copy; Dependent - Original)
• Bio-metric Card (Myself - Copy)
• Sponsor letter (Signed by me - Original)
• Sponsorship Declaration Form (Signed by me - Original)
• Bank statement, where funds maintained for last 3 months (ICICI Bank Statement for £1600 on Dependent's Name - Signed & Stamped By Bank)
• Bank statement, where funds maintained for last 3 months (HDFC Statement for £800 on My Name - Signed & Stamped by Bank)
• Offer letter of UK Employment (Myself - Original)
• Earnings History (UK Pay slips - Oct to Feb) (Printed Copy)
• Financial History showing salary credit (UK HSBC Bank Statements - Oct to Till Date) (Signed & Stamped)
• Tenancy Agreement (Original - Its just a one page copy given by my Tenant stating Tenancy Agreement on the top and giving details). It states including council tax and bills, so i'm not submitting any council tax statements nor any utility bills.
• Marriage Certificate (Original)
• Wedding Card
• Wedding Photos
• VAF10 (Filled Online Form)
• Photos as per UK Visa Norms

Please let me know if the above documents are sufficient or do I need any more documents.

Apart from Above I need some help with Online VAF form:

My wife is unemployed but I'm showing £1600 pounds maintainance of 90 days on her name, which I've deposited in her account. So please validate if the below information is correct:

Section 6 - Employement & Finances
Are you employed: Unemployed
Do you receive income from any other sources : No
Do you have savings: No (Do I need to mention those £1600 pounds ?)
How much do you spend each month on living cost : £100

Section 7 - Additional Inforn:
Are there sufficient funds to support you and your dependent: Yes
Please state the amount of money available and total no. of dependents: I've mentioned INR.XXX.XX of my Wife's Account, INR. XXX.XX of my Account, GBP. XXX.XX of my UK account (Please confirm if this is OK)

Do you have savings: No (Do I need to mention those £1600 pounds ?) -- YES - SHOWING BANK STATEMENT ANYWAY
