Mortage papers for a house i am renting out

Hi

I was wondering if someone can help me.

I am applying for my husbands spouse settlement visa soon and just have a question about mortage papers.
In the last 6 i decided to rent out my house to help financially, which was a weekend house, only really used for holiday weekends etc., i have always stayed at my parents house, more convienient for work really. Do i need to submit paperwork to say i own my own property and that i rent it out.

Most of my paperwork will have my parents address on it anyway.

Any advise would be great.
