Spouse Visa Refusal.. URGENT

Hi,
I got married in june 2012, I'am on ILR I 've filed my wife visa application from India they refused the visa saying there is no communication proof between me and my wife,
I normally call her using telephone card but they will not accept as proof
can any one please help me.

I showed our e-mails from facebook, hotmail and yahoo. Also showed skype call logs between us.
