address to collect documents

I have sent the application before 31st March and I received email from HSMP very promptly after the case was over-+. Ref is 13oxx

Since I requested I want to collecct myself, can any one tell me where to collect the documents from and between what time.

Also would be grateful if some body can advise how to go from London to that place. I dont know much about the travelling in UK

Any reply would be hugely appreciated.

HSMP team in Sheffield dont entertain personal callers

However, if you are exempted and are allowed to collect the documents then do the following:

1). Drive and get on to the M25 orbital and head for The North on to the M1 - drive for the next 3 hours and then get off at J33 (Sheffield)

2). Get a coach from Victoria Coach station

3). Get a Train from London Kings cross

4). Fly to Leeds Bradford Airport and get coach/train to Sheffield

But the documents which needs to be collected are in Sheffield or Doncaster. Because the documents were sent to Doncaster in the first place.

Your clarification would assist me a lot. I dont want to end up going at a wrong place!

Documents should be in Sheffield. Doncaster is only for payment processing.

You won't be able to collect documents personally/by-hand.

You may have to depend on either courier pick-up or royalmail

Why can't person collect the documents on his own , time factor...if courier can go to collect , why can't the applicant???
