Landing Place Issue

Hi All,

My one of friend got the medicals after Skilled worker interview. When he filed the papers he mentioned his place of landing "British Columbia" but later he update landing the place to "Toronto".

Last week he got medical papers after sucessfull interview and In medical papers his place of landing is BC, but he wants to land in "Toronto".

Please suggest what to do ? Will he able to land to Toronto ?

Landing is just a formality during the PR process. An applicant can land anywhere they choose with the exception of Quebec (only if you are a Quebec pronvicial nominee). You can land in a different province from the one you put on your form. As long as you land in Canada you are fine but not Alaska though!!!!

Your friend can land in BC or TO or Manitoba or Nova Scotia. It does not mean anything. Just make sure you have your COPR and other docs when landing.

Ontario my friend is a big province with Cities like Toronto, Brampton etc He can fly to any of the airports in ONT and land
