everything on Tier 1 Entrepreneur

letter from third party bank
-letter from third party bank should just write that the money is available to the third party for investment in the UK. And the letter should be addressed to the specific british high commission.
Subject line of letter should mention that - letter for tier 1 entrepreneur application of (applicant name). The high commission understands that the bank cannot write that the money is available to the applicant as its not the applicants money.

- if they are not able to write the applicants name even in the subject line. Then a separate letter is reqd from the bank saying that they cannot mention anyone else's name on the letter other than the account holder. letter again addressed to british high commission again.

letter from third party
- letter from third party should be as per guidance. dont think thats an issue

letter from legal representative
- letter from lawyer should confirm everything/point said in the guidance. it should confirm signature of third party and applicant and both their passport numbers.
- the copy of the legal practice license of lawyer should be attached to the legal reps letter letter as his official proof to practice as lawyer.

my fiancee applied this way and got the visa. we did not need any agent nor did consult one. Only tried to get some advice here but the Gurus always asked us to get *professional* help.
