Can i set up a business in UK, once i land on HSMP visa??

Yes, on HSMP you are entitled to be self-employed, or to form a limited company and operate a business using that limited company that you own.

Hi,

What would you advise; set up the business even before the HSMP approval;
It can always be done online!
Or wait until approval of HSMP.
