I'm trying to get all paperwork ready for my ILR application in August. I know, it's far but i'm so anxious!!
So here it goes : What should be the ABSOLUTE minimum funds to have in my bank account when i submit the application? I'm currently overdrawn but wages ALWAYS come in and out of this account.
Maybe a stupid question, but i thought i'd rather ask
Also i got my life in the UK test, but my wife didn't. If she still applies as a dependant, is there any chance she could be approved? Is it it : "LAW IS LAW : U DIDNT PASS IT U WONT GET IT??" Type of thing?
