1. First student visa expired on 21st June 2005.

2. Date of Issue of extension was 29th June 2005 Valid until 31st January 2007 (Application sent to Home office through the university batch: June 1 2005.)

3. Date of Issue of extension was 23rd February 2007 until 30th November 2007 (Application sent to Home office through the university batch: January 24 2007).


Question 1: Is there a gap in the lawful residence?
Ouestion 2: Is there any need to write cover letter to the home office to explain the situation in 2 and 3.
