PEO Solihull Experience!!!

Post by curioussam » Sat Mar 03, 2012 8:57 am

I hope you are all happy now.

I literally got kicked out from PEO Solihull yesterday because my first employer's pay date was 15th of every month and my current employer is the 25th. I was accused of over-claiming periods.

When I asked for clarity on this forum - my intelligence was questioned (see below).

Now I have to send application by post before my visa expires!

I pray you don't go through the pain I'm suffering now and you meet a tolerant person at the verification.

If there's any body out there that suffered same, please reply. I'm in pain

Can you elaborate? There is no way they can kick you out if your claiming legitimate points!!!

PEO Solihull Experience!!!

Post by curioussam » Sat Mar 03, 2012 10:40 am

@rax1983 - I have elaborated enough! i don't know what else you want me to say! if you dont have any thing constructive to add, please do not reply my post. i'm seeking a solution here and i do not appreciate your questioning of "legitimate points".

15th of jan, should end as 14 of dec for a year according to peo officer!

i was paid 15th of every month from Jan -Mar for 1 employer and 25th of the remaining months from my current employer for the year 2011.

the officer was so fixated on 15th and refused to acknowledge that it is merely a pay date in the period 01st -31st.

is there any body out there that has a similar pay structure and was able to apply successfully?

my visa expires this week and i need to send my application by post. please reply only if you have something constructive to add.

hi there
if you get your salary certificate like that than CW shall understand very easy.

NO MONTH GROSS NET DATE PROCESSED MODE OF PAYMENT DATE CREDITED
1 FEB 558.83 500.60 28/02/2011 BANK TRANSFER 01/03/2011
2 MAR 806.48 770.07 31/03/2011 BANK TRANSFER 04/04/2011
3 APR 142.23 142.23 30/04/2011 BANK TRANSFER 05/05/2011

etc etc ............................

please make changes according to your documents and need.
I have attached salary certificate as like as above, and I think above sample explains salary and earning very clear and easy to understand.

I disagree. 15 January 2011 to 14 January 2012 is one full year. If you take earnings from 15 Jan 2011 to 14 Dec 2011, that is not a full year (even UKBA Policy Guidance acknowledges this). When you were being paid on the 15th, was this a salary for, say 1 January to 31 January? If so, then your earnings period would be 1 January to 31 December, in which case the caseworker was wrong. I sympathise with you for the way you were treated. I think you should have referred the Caseworker to the Policy Guidance. To me, you come across as having correctly claimed for 12 months (unless if I didn't understand something).
