Work permit/Tier 2 applying for indefinite leave

Post by jenper » Sat Mar 03, 2012 9:47 am

Dear all,

I'm due to apply for ILR in July and i was previously garnted leave on a work permit for 2 years and then tier 2 for 3 years.
i was just wondering what documents do i need to send to show i was a work permit holder? would the work permit document issued by the home
enough or would i need P60s?
Thank you.

Go through SET (O) form AND/OR use search functionality and you will get an idea of documents you need.
