hi guys.

managed to loose my life in uk test certificate. wrote a short letter explaining that i passed it with test centre address and date.

guy was happy with this and got my ilr after 4 hours. had to wait 2 hours to get the stamp put in. but a pleasant experience.

was asked for:
passports
application forms
3 months payslips
3 months bank statements
council tax bill
p60 for 5 years
p45 for leaving one employer as i was on workpermit
letetr from employer confirming salary and soc code

Congratulations!

I have lost my Life in UK certificate as well with no time to repeat the test.

Can you please tell me who advised you to write the letter and do you know of any such cases where people had success without the certificate?

i phoned HO and they have a digital copy.

dont stress, just write cover letter and go
