original tenancy agreement?

original tenancy agreement?

hi,

for processing my wife's ilr (settlement visa), do i need to send the original tenancy agreement or is photocopy accepted? if photocopy is accepted does it need to be certified by solicitor

if i send in the orginal, wont home office suspect why i have sent the original one as it might be needed for any other purpose ?

no , they will suspect if you dont sent originals ...

they will return you the original after processing the application ...
