Dependant application for new born applying seperately

Hello all,
I and my wife have recently been granted an extension for 3 years, My wife is expecting our first child in 2 months and I am planning to visit India by end of the year, Hence I will have to apply for dependant visa for the baby as well....

My question is what supporting documents do I need to submit when I apply for my baby's dependant visa: Am I just required to submit bank statements and birth certificate only, or bank statements, payslips, birth certificate?

It is a dependant application, include all the relevant documents needed for a dependant. Also check UKBA link for children born in UK.

thanks for your reply, I have read the requirements...it seems I need to show sufficient funds (for which bank statements should be enough).

Has anyone else gone through the same?
