i am on PSW visa and i would marry a girl who is on student visa.my question is, that in order to register, how many months the dependant must have valid visa?

I don't think that there is a minimum required visa validity period. A valid visa at the time of registration is sufficient. Overstayers may register, but at the risk of the UKBA officials showing up at the wedding.
