Hi,

I have got my tier 2 skilled worker visa in august -2011 for 3 years, will these new rules apply to me in the extension??? Or i will be ok with salary under £35K???

New rules apply to you. Yes you need 35K if you apply for ILR

I'm sorry you are right, It only affects when you apply for ILR. When you extend you need to satisfy the SOC.
