Maintenance Funds - Cash ISA

I have a Barclays Loyalty Cash ISA. Can I use it against my maintenance fund requirement at my extension?

You can as long as you satisfy other requirement (minimum funds, original statements addressed to you, or copy of statement attested by bank on the letter head paper)
