ILR - How many days can a dependent live outside of uk

My wife has finished her two-year dependent visa and going to apply ILR on 15 Mar.

but She has almost 5 months living out of uk during past two years.

Jan/ 2011 - 25 days holiday with me.
Sep/2011 - Nov/2011 58 days holiday on her own.
Jan/2012 - Feb/2011 45 days holiday on her own.

I just wonder if the case worker will reject her applicaiton due to too many days out of UK.

any advice?
