Best option for Family Naturalisation Request

Hi Gurus,

Me and my wife got our ILR in Aug-2011, We did not apply for ILR for our daughter (Born In UK, In 2008 before we got our ILR), wanted to go MN1 route. We had another baby this year, after getting our ILR. Please provide your guidance on the following issues.

1. What are our best options for getting naturalisation.

2. Should I apply for the british passport for the new baby or do I need to apply for Indian passport.

3. When earliest can we apply for naturalisation, what will be the fees for family application.
