Doubt regarding Tier1 visa extension

I applied for Tier1(General) visa extension on March 27th 2009 and i got visa stamped on May,2009.My visa is valid till May 9th 2012. As visa rules had been changed from April 2009.Do i need to submit any proof for date of applying visa?i don't have any proof to show that i have applied before the rule change except the sheet showing the points that were given to me based on rules on March 2009.According to rule change in April i get zero points for bachelors degree.If anyone knows about this please let me know your opinion.And i also want to know whether i fall under March rules or under April rules.

Looking through the T1 general form guidance, I thought that the rules changed in April 2010, not 2009?

Nope. The rule change from on 31-03-2009.I applied on 30-03-2009 on the basis of bachelor degree because from the next days onwards I needed a master to apply.

If you want to verify this try UKBA calculator and put the date 31-03-2009 you won’t get the option for bachelor. But if you give date as 30-03-2009(date I have applied for my initial grant) you will get 30 points for the same.

So you visa is the proof that you applied before the rule change and you will get exactly same point as you got in initial grant.
