Need help with MN1 form

Post by ukbuddy » Sat Mar 10, 2012 8:28 am

Hi

Need some details for MN1 form.

Context: Child was born in UK and parents got ILR after child was born

I assume we need to apply under Section 1 (3). Please confirm
Do we need to put firstname in question 1.6 ?
As child is born in UK. Does the section 2.1 (date of arrival) is same as Date of birth & place ?
Do we need to fill section 3 as both parents are not UK citizens?

Have you read the FAQ? In particular Q2: Which documents are needed for registration as BC?
