Early extension Tier 1 general

Post by rpsarangi » Mon Mar 12, 2012 10:19 am

Hello all members... I am thinking to go for an early extension .. I read that you can only do just one month before the expiry of the visa.. Some of my friends told that even if I go for early extension the visa will be stamped from the expiry date rather than the approval date . Please help.

Fingers crossed.. Trust in god..

Those days are gone when Dreamb0x worked on nt£ lol. It would be at discretion of CW but highly unlikely you would have your visa extended from your current visa expiry date, unless you have a very strong reasons and it may also depend on how early you are applying.

It will really depend upon how early you are applying before the end of your current leave. If its going to be 8 to 12 weeks early in the case of PEO appointment, then there is a good chance you may get it extended from the date your current leave expires. In postal applications, its already taking between 10 to 12 weeks time for a straight forward application. This info is all based on the thread of the timelines
