Summary page should include the passport of dependant?

Summary page should include the passport of dependant?

Hi,

In the summary page of the application, do we needs to mention the passport of spouse also? or we just mention it as 1 and mention spouse passport on her application.?

It's on Section 7 , Page 53

Mention 2 (1 yours and 1 for your other/better half ;) )
