Contact the visa processing centre in your area. They should know where you can do the English Test.

theres a centre called ETS in mirpur and islamabad, easy to book it and results come in 2 and a half weeks, its the toiec test

I hear that TOEIC is one of the easiest globally acknowledged English Language Test.

The only thing I would double check is if the pass certificate you will get is going to be a genuine one or not.

To make sure you will get genuine certificate try the following website [http://www.ets.org/epn_directory] and select your country. You should be able to find their associated office/institute in your country and I think you should also have a word with them.
