Hello evry one i complite 5 year on 06.06.2012 can i apply befor that date or i have to apply on or after that day please some one let me know thanks very much to evry one its great board i get many info here

You can apply before you reach said date, but you won't achieve PR any earlier than said date. The directive talks about applying before the expiry of the residence card. If you apply too early, it will be rejected. You will still need to wait until the card is ready.
