Tier 1 dependent visa - April 2012

Hi,

I am on a tier 1 general visa, living and working in the UK. I got married (arrange marriage) in india last month (March 2012) and my wife is in the process of applying for Tier 1 dependent visa in the month of April 2012.

Could you please kindly advice:

A)

If this is the correct application to use –

Application form: POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM (VAF10 MARCH 2012) DEPENDANT
This form is for use outside the UK only.
This form is provided free of charge.

B) Are below documents satisfactory.

Documents I shall produce:

1) 6 months Bank statements - Fund maintenance (hold more than sufficient funds)

2) Accommodation: The tenancy agreement and Council tax letter or any utility bills.

3) My Payslip and employer letter

4) A sponsorship.

5) Passport copy and visa copy.

Documents my wife require endorsing:

1) Marriage Certificate, marriage photograph, marriage invitation

2) Original passports

3) One passport sized colour photograph.

1) 6 months Bank statements - Fund maintenance (hold more than sufficient funds) -- they need for 90 days. if you provide for 6 months its good but it should not be less than 28 days.

2) Accommodation: The tenancy agreement and Council tax letter or any utility bills. --- no need.

3) My Payslip and employer letter -- employer letter with salary reference would be enough.

4) A sponsorship. -- do you mean cover letter from you.

5) Passport copy and visa copy. -- yes indeed.

Documents my wife require endorsing: -- no endorsing required.

3) One passport sized colour photograph.

did you guys went on honeymoon. If yes put the air or train tickets and some more photographs.

good luck. I applied in jan and got for my wife in 4 days.

My wife two has passport

1) Cancelled due to incorrect address and ECR stamping - 2008

2) Reapplied - original current passport in use – 2009
