Completing Neutralisation Form – Few Questions

Post by Dublin3232 » Mon Mar 26, 2012 1:08 pm

Q1:

Is there a recommended place to go to have either a Notary Public or Solicitor to certify documents? { I know they have to actually stamp documents with a “special” stamp.}
And, do I pre-copy documentation, and arrive with everything ready to go?
Do they charge for this, and if so, approx how much?
Any other advice regarding this?

Q2:
As I am applying on 5 years residence in the state, when filing in the Statutory Declaration, I only have to complete Page 11, as rest is for Spouse... etc,,,,

Thanks for the time and help....

Based on what i did.

Q1:
>Call a solicitor near you and ask - they would do it or would refer you to someone.
>i pre-copied. I think its better to have the copies made by yourself. Or else - they might charge you more.
>They charged me Euro30 for everything (Galway). This differs across locations.

Q2:

>You should go though the above document while completing the application. This has all the answers (even for the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything..!!!)

By the way - why do you plan to be 'Neutralised"?

"NEUTRALISATION" doesn't work for that. "NATURALISATION" should help. ;)

Again, couldn't help it. :b
