I don't know of your whereabouts, but i went to Ilford high street branch and after struggle and arguements for 2 days, a middle aged+ man called "Poo" did it for me on A4 paper with bank logo.Palmist wrote:Manka, I asked but they said that they don't do letter headed paper. Thanks Shahjee, I am going to do the same tomorrow. I have been to two branches today and they refused to give me a letter. I guess I will have to send the stamped online printout. Your post gives me confidence in doing so.shahjee11 wrote:Hi palmist.
I have the same websaver account and I have always used the online statement stamped by the branch without having any problem with ukba. My last transaction was almost a year ago when I sent it for visa. All i did was to explain in the covering letter that Its an online saving account and the printout has been stamped by the bank to confirm its authenticity. This is covered in the guidance.
