Applying from outside UK, anything obvious missed from this list? We married in UK in 2008.

- Bank statements in sponsor's (me) name showing savings
- notarised copy of land certificate showing applicant and sponsor as joint owners of two bedroom flat in UK
- Birth certificates for sponsor and applicant (plus translation of applicant's)
- Marriage certificate
- IELTS certificate
- Children's birth certificates
- Applicant's current and previous passport
- Letter outlining relationship history
- Letter outlining our plans for life in UK
- Letter from local authority confirming we've lived together since marriage
- Photocopy of photo page of sponsor's passport
- Photocopies of residence permits for sponsor in applicant's home country
- Applicant's CV
- Sponsor's CV

In that case I hope you have a lot of savings abroad and are able to bring it over with you to support yourself and family till you find some kind of employment in UK

Savings in a UK account - around 10,000 - really hoping that will suffice.

Usually visa officer sees the regular income.
Do you think that 10,000 pounds amount is suffice for the people for 27 months?
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

how many children do you have and what are their ages?

Do you have a mortgage -if so how much are the repayments?

How much will your council tax per month be?

It's done now, sorry didn't see these replies in time.

No council tax where we will be living.

No mortgage.

Children are 2.5 and 3 months.

Fingers crossed.
