Application delivery @ home office by royal mail

I mailed my Tier 1 General extension application on the 30th of March morning via special delivery. The lady at the post office mentioned that the package would be delivered on Monday.

I have been tracking the parcel since and it states

"Your item has reached the delivery office and is out for delivery."

any idea on how we can confirm with the Home office on receipt of my application.

Its been 2 days and I have no idea if the application has been delivered to the home office. Royal mail is not confirming delivery of the package.

Any contact details would be appreciated

When your application reaches the HO, your tracking status on Post office website will state' Your parcel has been delivered' or 'Delivered'
Only your PO tracking number is your best shot. Check with the PO again if you dont see an update tomorrow morning

Phew! PO confirmed that the package was delivered

"Your item with reference SCXXXXXXXXGB was delivered from our DURHAM Delivery Office on 02/04/12"
