Accommodation Question

Hello folks, I have a quick question about accommodation requirements to sponsor spouse Visa (to be applied in British embassy in china after marriage). I am in Tier-I General.

I've been living in shared accommodation. I got Tenancy agreement from landlord. (in the format of Tenancy Agreement - England & Wales F301E form). I am unclear about the additional stuffs required to fulfill accommodation requirements. Do i need written consent of the landlord for spouse stay ? What else i am missing ?
