Lost biometric card but still have stamped PSW visa

Hi every one Iam on tire1 general I have lost my visa biometric card but I have to travel in emergency the thing is I have my PSW stamped visa which is valid until 5 September 2012, can I show my PSW visa and go inside or not plzz it is very important give me suggestions.

My visa discription:
PSW 5th September 2010 to 5th September 2012
Tire1 general nov 2011 to nov 2013 ( which has been lost )
