desperate need urgent help plz

hi my husband is a student here we got our visa up to 2013.his college just been revoked and we got only 60 days to look for another college to do a fresh application.my husband will b 9 years on student visa this may.i got 3 kids here and next month will b 7 years since they have been in uk.i got one who will sit his year 6 mock in may 2013 n he never had studied in my home country is that possible for me to apply for the exceptional leave to remain for my kids education. plz do reply urgent n by the way is undergraduate student still entittle to work 10 hours in uk during term time.thnx
